We are responsible for your personal data as data controller.

Terms & Conditions
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details.
Any contract made with us does not affect the consumers' statutory rights.
You should be aware that when you place an order for a domain name that it cannot be cancelled. We are billed immediately with each registration and as such cannot offer you a cancellation period.
You should, therefore, take care in not making any typographical errors in your order. It is for this reason our preferred method of ordering is through our secure server (we simply copy & paste your order).
We do offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all hosting packages. This does not apply to the setup fee (if applicable).
Domain Registration
We use various registrars at our discretion and require that you understand the terms and conditions of each before proceeding with an order with us.
IMPORTANT
Domain name renewal fees must be received 15 days before the expiry date of your domain, if payment is received after this deadline, we will not be held responsible for the loss of your time to time there are anomalies in any system which will result in you NOT being billed for a name. if you are not billed - we don't get paid - we thus will NOT renew a domain name - it should ALWAYS be considered to be the clients responsibility to contact us and ask us to renew a domain name. If any name is not renewed YNH Ltd, its employees and ANY associated members will NOT be held responsible. By using our services you agree to our terms for renewal of domain names. In a nutshell - it's YOUR NAME - you need to ask us to renew it.
We reserve the right to disable your domain name / web hosting in the event of non-payment of your account.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless YNH Ltd, www.your-name-here.co.uk, any of our affiliated sister websites, CORE, ICANN, NOMINET and any applicable domain name registry and the partners, directors, officers, employees and agents of each of them, for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable solicitors/attorneys fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand related to your domain name or the use thereof.
We will delete, without notice, any sites that feature:
- any nudity
- erotic images
- sexually oriented material
- sexual themes (insofar as adult material is concerned)
- any spam whatsoever
- any (apparently) illegal or morally questionable activity
- any domain which is brought to our attention that could breach ANY trademark regulation worldwide
These simple guidelines cover a lot of material that unfortunately, some people think is ok to put up on websites on our servers. If in doubt - it's probably not what we want on our servers and you would face deletion without refund. The decision as to what is decent, legal, honest is ours. There is no appeal process. We will monitor your content - if in doubt, ask us.

Complaints
Your order with us constitutes your acceptance of our terms and conditions. We want to know immediately if you are not happy with any of our services. More complicated complaints may take more time - please be assured we deal with any complaints as a priority and have never had a complaint which has taken more than two days to resolve.

Your right to cancel the contract
Once you place an order for a domain name we will register this almost immediately. We pay for this with each order and cannot under any circumstances obtain a refund. Thus we cannot pass on a cancellation right for the registration of domain names. It is important that you do not make any typographical errors in your order. In the event that our hosting facilities do not meet your requirements in any way you may cancel the facility by giving immediate notice.
Newsletter/Mailing List
We will not pass on any of your personal details to a third party. You can opt out of the newsletter/mailing list by sending an email to us asking to be removed.
Security & Privacy
All online orders are processed through Paypal and no card information is stored or seen by us.
